By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Partnership: You acknowledge that SuccessGames will act as your partner in distributing and/or adapting your game for various platforms.
- Intellectual Property: You retain all intellectual property rights to your game. However, by submitting your game to us, you grant SuccessGames the necessary rights to distribute and/or port your game as outlined in our partnership agreement.
- Revenue Sharing: Revenue generated from the distribution or porting of your game will be shared according to the terms outlined in our partnership agreement. This includes any royalties, licensing fees, or other revenue streams.
- Quality Assurance: While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee the success or performance of your game on all platforms. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of the published or ported game.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the partnership agreement with written notice. Upon termination, SuccessGames will cease distribution or porting of the game within a reasonable timeframe.
- Legal Compliance: You agree that your game complies with all applicable laws and regulations. SuccessGames reserves the right to refuse or remove any game that violates these terms or our content guidelines.
